You may only download or print material for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with the approved plans. Further copies must not be made without prior permission of the copyright owner, (the applicant/agent/architect). You may, however, make copies of the decision notice, provided the copies are not altered in any way.

Documents containing or based on Ordnance Survey mapping are also subject to Crown Copyright. You may view for private and non-commercial purposes only. Such mapping may not be further sub- licensed, sold, demonstrated, lent or otherwise transferred or exploited without the prior written permission of Ordnance Survey.


In accordance with national legislation and guidance, names and addresses of applicants and those making comments, and representations on planning applications, will appear on our website. We collect this information as part of our statutory requirement to determine planning applications. Representation submitted will be processed and made publicly available on our website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018) and the Local Government Access to Information Act (1985) during the application's determination period. The Council will, however make every effort to remove personal details such as telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures, prior to the information appearing on the website. Once the application has been determined all representations will be removed from the website.

Please Note: We cannot accept anonymous or private / confidential comments on live planning applications. If you do not provide your name and address or do not wish your name and address to appear on the case file, then your comments will be treated as anonymous and your views will not be taken into account in consideration of the planning application.
